Warm and welcoming staff

man, the place was a mess. the fridge was leaking and everything tasted like smoke. on the plus side, they brought us fresh towels quick, the maintenance helped fix the tv, and the staff was friendly enough to move us. but still, rough stay.

i recently stayed at a lovely place in galveston. the service was friendly and accommodating, and my room was clean and comfortable. compared to my previous stay, this place really exceeded my expectations during the holiday.

The outdoor swimming pool was a hit with the family! 😍 However, the rooms could really use some deep cleaning.

I checked in on a busy weekend and felt welcomed by the friendly staff. Our room had a comfortable bed, but that’s where the positives started to fade. The cleanliness was lacking. I found garbage under the bed and a sticky floor. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly, with dirty towels still hanging and a toilet that was leaking. The TV didn’t work because there were no connections available, which was disappointing. Late at night, loud noises from a nearby party disturbed my children’s sleep, making it hard for them to settle down. There was a strange smell in the hallway, which left me unsure about safety on the property. The refrigerator leaked, and the situation got so bad that we woke up in the middle of the night to sounds that made us uncomfortable sharing the hall with others. It felt more like a location where unsavory activities were happening. Overall, the hotel needs a serious uplift in maintenance and cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, despite the friendly service staff.

The friendly guy at check-in made us feel welcome right away and the Deluxe Queen Room was surprisingly spacious. We enjoyed lounging by the outdoor pool and chilling in the hot tub after a busy day. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 😊

great value but minor pest issue

The stay was a great value for the price, especially for two beds. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our visit. The pool view from our room added a relaxing touch to our experience.

I saw two small roaches during my stay, which was concerning.

It was just a perfect match for a stopover in Galveston with excellent value for money. The air conditioning in the room kept us cool, which was a nice relief from the heat. Make sure to check the cleanliness of the room upon arrival.

I had a decent stay. water pressure was great, and the pool was clean, but my room had issues resembling a remodel gone wrong.

100% recommend for overnight stay

Clean room, convenient location, the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception made our overnight stay very comfortable, and we appreciated having easy access to explore the area, just 60 km from the nearest airport.

The room was not clean, with hairs and dirty blankets. The shower had extreme temperature issues and maintenance was slow to respond. It wasn't the comfortable stay we had hoped for.
